Volunteering with the Islamic Speakers Bureau of Atlanta

Volunteerism is one of the primary drivers of our continued growth and success. Because of the importance of education as a means of changing perceptions about Islam & Muslims, and the level of professionalism in the way we do our work, we have been able to attract many committed volunteers. Most of our volunteers are students or full-time professionals who find the time to contribute to non-profit work. In return, they find great satisfaction and fulfillment by providing an important service to their community.

If you are thinking about volunteering but are unsure how much time you can commit, we have a variety of projects available for you to help the Islamic Speakers Bureau of Atlanta, such as:

  • Becoming a certified public speaker
  • Conducting research on projects
  • Helping with administrative/clerical projects
  • Supporting marketing programs
  • Participating in fundraising or grant-writing efforts
  • Reviewing Islam or Muslim-related books, film, or other media
  • Helping out at local events
